Get on the agenda

Coaches, teachers, advisors, parents and students: ask the club to fund something, or bring a topic to the next general meeting. Requests go to the board and onto the agenda for Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

Meetings are open to everyone and are held the second Tuesday of most months, September through June. It helps to come and speak to your request, but you don't have to. The agenda is posted on the documents page in the week before.
